Medication Identifier is a mobile and web application that:

- Provides patient-friendly drug information in English and Arabic
- Offers professional/technical drug data for healthcare providers
- Allows users to save and export medication reports
The App is provided free of charge for informational purposes only.

- The App does NOT replace pharmacist consultations or prescription verification

- Drug information is sourced from AI models and public medical databases
- We do not claim ownership of drug information from public sources
- References to specific medications do not constitute endorsement
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
Key Privacy Points:
- Patient information is stored locally on your device only
- Medication queries may be cached on our servers for up to 180 days
- Images uploaded are processed but NOT permanently stored

8. Accuracy and Reliability

- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of drug information

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are NOT LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- This includes but is not limited to: medical errors, misidentification of medications, adverse drug reactions, or health complications
- You assume all risk associated with using the information provided

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medication Identifier, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Medical decisions made based on App information

The App uses third-party services including:
- Google Gemini API: AI-powered medication information
- MyMemory Translation API: Language translation services
- MongoDB Atlas: Database for caching responses
- Vercel: Hosting and serverless functions
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or data handling practices.
12. Updates and Modifications

- We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
- Updates may require re-downloading the App or syncing data
